Directions: Use within 3-4 weeks of opening. Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby. Spoon 1 tablespoon of Farex cereal into a clean bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of your baby's usual milk (When mixing with breast milk, it is normal for rice cereal to become watery. You may want to add slightly more cereal) or cooled boiled water to make a smooth consistency. Gradually increase the thickness of the cereal and increase the amount according to your baby's appetite. Throw out uneaten prepared cereal.
